How soon will I see a difference?
Activity usually slows down within the first 72 hours. Around week two the entry points are covered and the scent trails are broken up, and by week three most properties are clear. How fast it goes depends on how many rats you have and how many ways in there are.
Do they stay away, or just move somewhere else for a while?
The scent keeps working as long as fresh pouches are in place, so the spot stays unwelcoming for the full 90 days. Cover every way in, not just one corner, so they do not simply shift to an unprotected area, and swap in new pouches on schedule.
Is it safe with dogs, grandkids or livestock around?
Yes. There is no poison, no synthetic chemical and no neurotoxin inside — only plant oils: peppermint, cinnamon, cedarwood and castor oil. It is gentle on people and animals; it is only the rats that can't stand it.
How many pouches do I need, and where should they go?

I've tried peppermint spray before. What's different here?
